Report a trail issue

We are excited to partner with the City of Redding to bring you an easy way to accurately report any issues on our local trails. This app makes it easy to create accurate location based trail reports, so we or the land manager can address the issue as quickly as possible.

To download and start using the app, just follow the directions below:

Step 1

Search “Survey123” in the respective app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) and download the app titled, “ArcGIS Survey123”.

Step 2

From the app home screen tap “Continue without signing in”.

Step 3

In the resulting screen tap the small QR icon on the right side of the search bar to open the QR reader.

Step 4

Scan the Trail Issue Reporter QR code below, this will load the survey into the app on the device.

Step 5

The Trail Issue Reporter survey will now stay in the user’s My Survey123 menu within the Survey123 app.

Step 6

To submit another trail issue report simply tap the Trail Issue Reporter from the My Survey123 menu and then tap “Collect”.
